生产工程师

岗位职责： 1. Workshop on-site management;2. Safety, quality, delivery, cost, moral indicators continuous improvement, follow-up solution of major problem.3. Line leaders and operators management, operators' skill and competency improvement, performance management.4. Production management and abnormalities handling;5. Quality complaint analysis and action plan implementation;6. Layer audit to the line according to the annual plan, monitor AMC other engineers also do audit according to plan, solve and follow non-conformance items and related training;7. Report preparing, Policy and documents updating;8. Lean production related work. 岗位要求： 本科及以上学历，理工科专业均可。有良好的沟通组织协调能力，具备管理潜能。良好的英语听说读写能力。
