As a Scientist, you will be part of the Electrification Business Research Center in Shenzhen.

Your responsibilities
• Perform advanced power electronics related research activities in the area of power converter topology, converter control and modulation, EMC, packaging, etc.
• Ensure successful execution and provide excellent technical contribution to research projects.
• Follow up new technologies, have a clear view of technology development trends.

Your background
• PhD degree (or Master’s degree with 5+ years’ research experience) major in power electronics or other related areas.
• Good innovation capability.
• Solid experience in hardware prototyping and experiment to verify the ideas / solutions. • Good knowledge in power electronic converter / inverter topologies. • Self-motivated, team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Solid experience in DSP / FPGA firmware programing and PCB layout design is a plus.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Be able to travel abroad, including short-term job rotation as required.
• Fluent English in both speaking and writing.

2,Vision Specialist (Base in Shanghai*1)

Overall Responsibilities

Serve as vision specialist in both pre-sales and project execution

Principal Accountabilities

Analyze customer requirement from vision perspective, make the trial test, vision proposal and design, deliver the committed vision performance accordingly in the project execution phase

Be able to qualify vision related supplier and outsourced vision engineering capability

PC software development based on vision SDK and/or robot SDK in a predefined time period

Knowledge on PLC/ HMI/sensor/ servo motor;

Vision application development for assembly, measurement, positioning and inspection

Vision integration application system test, debugging and analysis

Support electric & robot programing or test

Willing to travel and test on site (including overseas) according to project schedule

Prepare technical documentation

Organize On Site Customer Training and continue to improve site training efficiency and effectiveness

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Prompt feedback and trouble-shooting to the customer

 

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor degree in electrical automation or software

C# or C++ programming experience required; (must)

Using smart camera or PC-based vision such as Cognex/Halcon/NI develop experience ; (preferred)

Familiar with Light, lens, image processing and analysis; (preferred)

Knowledge and experience in robotics; (preferred)

Work hard and proactively

Functional verbal and written skills in English

Behavioral Skills Preferred: Effective communication and presentation skills.

Open-mind and energy

Able to promote teamwork.

Accountability and ownership is a must
