我是谁？Who Am I?

• 酷睿程（北京）科技有限公司（以下简称酷睿程）是由大众汽车集团旗下软件公司CARIAD和地平线在中国共同出资建设的科技合资企业，旨在加速并提升CARIAD在中国的高级驾驶辅助/自动驾驶研发能力，进一步助力大众汽车集团“在中国、为中国”战略的推进。

• 通过整合地平线强大的软硬结合技术能力，以及CARIAD在智能车身与软件系统整合方面的专业经验，酷睿程将专注于研发本土软硬件技术解决方案，以满足大众汽车集团中国市场客户对高级驾驶辅助/自动驾驶功能的需求。

• 酷睿程将基于地平线征程家族计算方案开展研发工作，落地智驾方案将搭载于大众汽车集团在中国市场的纯电动车型。

• 酷睿程将进一步提升CARIAD在中国的研发能力，并在未来交付以本土客户需求为导向、达到L4级别的创新智驾解决方案。

• CARIZON (Beijing) Technology Company Limited. (hereinafter referred to as CARIZON) is a technology joint venture established by CARIAD, a software company under the Volkswagen Group, andHorizon Robotics in China. Its aim is to accelerate andenhance CARIAD's advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) andautonomous driving (AD) development capabilities in China, further supporting the Volkswagen Group's "In China, ForChina" strategy.

• By integrating Horizon Robotics' strong capabilities in hardware-software integration andCARIAD's expertise in intelligent vehicle body andsoftware system integration, CARIZON will focus on developing localized software andhardware technology solutions to meet the demandforADAS/AD features from Volkswagen Group's customers in the Chinese market.

• CARIZON will base its research anddevelopment efforts on Horizon Robotics' Journey series computing solutions. The resulting intelligent driving solutions will be implemented in Volkswagen Group's electric vehicle models in the Chinese market.

• CARIZON will further enhance CARIAD's R&D capabilities in China and, in the future, deliver innovative intelligent driving solutions up to L4 level, tailored to the needs of local customers.
