International Conference Assistant Producer 

国际峰会助理策划


Assistant Producer will assist Principal Producer/ Senior Producer to manage our international conference and exhibition projects and conduct extensive industry research, content development, event materials preparation, inviting industry experts, and on-site event management independently. Our Producers are considered an integral part of our project team including team members from sales, marketing, research, design and operations departments, and will gain significant exposure & experience in all aspects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive market & industry research on the renewable energy industry to identify key industry experts, market trends, top topics and develop attractive event agenda.
- Invite industry leaders to join our events as speakers through emails, calls and social media.
- Coordinate with design/sales/marketing/analysis departments to develop event programs, brochures, white papers, online webinars, website & social media content to promote our event projects in overseas markets.
- Support principal producer/senior producer to manage the whole lifecycle of a project from project kick-off to project preparation and on-site event management.

Expected Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree without major requirement.
- Excellent oral and written English is key for your success as a producer always needs to communicate with global renewable energy industry leaders frequently.
- Good research and analysis skills - you need to know the latest development and trends about renewables.
- Fast learner. You will be able to learn the whole process of organizing an international standard event in months.
- Hard-working and details oriented!
- Positive mental attitude.
- Collaborative team player

Fresh graduate is preferred. We will provide comprehensive training and an industry competitive package(Base Salary RMB 8k + Bonus Paid on Project Basis). Your salary will be increased every year or every half year as per your performance. You will also have the opportunities to travel internationally(after pandemic) and the company provides two times outings and various team buildings every year.


International Business Development Executive

Position Summary:
The role of International Sales Executive is to identify new clients and work with an established clients base as well to attract and create interest for the products and services the company offers. Consequently, a qualified sales executive should first know how to locate potential clients through massive and precise research, then negotiate with potential clients in Chinese or English fluently and thereby match their needs with our products and services rapidly and accurately. International sales executives should not only persuade the decision-makers to accept our event with alacrity but also dig and digest all of the relevant information from decision-makers and thereby improve the project constantly.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive market & industry research on the renewable energy industry to identify potential customers. To develop and update a high-quality customer database.
- To understand the organizational structure of the target customers, identify potential delegates and decision-makers.
- Communicate with potential attendees and decision-makers from industry-leading companies of the renewables industry through telephone or email, inviting them to attend our global summits and conferences.
- To understand the demand from customers, especially decision-makers, to build good relationships and develop sponsorship and partnership.
- Assist on-site conference operations, which will be required to travel to overseas countries during the conference period.

Expected Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor degree required, no major requirement
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English, CET-6 or above
- Hard-working
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Positive mental attitude with a competitive nature
- High motivated and self-assured
- Strong work ethic
- Collaborative team player

Fresh graduate is preferred. We provide comprehensive training and an industry competitive package (Base Salary 5k + Commission-based Bonus). Your monthly comprehensive income could be 8-12k and much more for top sales. Your salary will be increased every year or every half year as per your performance.  You will also have the opportunities to travel internationally(after pandemic) and the company provides two times outings and various team buildings every year.

综合年薪10-20万,每年结合绩效调薪,表现优异者半年调薪。
