岗位职责:

1、处理、解答客户关于产品、业务及预订的相关问题；

2、通过电话、电子邮件或在线服务提供完整的客户沟通，包括汉莎航空集团、星空联盟及其合作伙伴提供的产品；

3、代理人,网站支持及常旅客会员业务支持；

4、数据库中的数据输入和更新；

5、其他业务支持

岗位要求:

1、大专及以上学历，男女不限；

2、良好的中、英、粤口语；

3、优秀的人际沟通能力；

4、良好的团队精神与服务意识
