Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The core responsibility of this role is to proactively develop corporate clients through multiple online channels, promote our enterprise service products to business owners, and achieve sales targets. This position adopts a commission-only compensation model for the first two months, with attractive profit sharing offering high income potential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Prospecting & Lead Generation
◦ Conduct targeted customer development via mainstream social media platforms including Xiaohongshu (RED) and Douyin (TikTok), identify potential corporate clients and business decision-makers.
◦ Utilize professional enterprise information platforms such as Qichacha to collect accurate contact information of company owners and senior managers, screen and sort high-quality potential clients efficiently.
2. Product Promotion & Sales Conversion
◦ Master the full range of our enterprise service product catalog, accurately interpret product advantages and service value according to client needs.
◦ Communicate and negotiate with potential business owners professionally, promote our enterprise service products, promote the signing of cooperation agreements, and complete sales conversion.
3. Client Follow-Up & Relationship Maintenance
◦ Conduct regular follow-up communication with intended clients, solve their consultation and doubts about products and services in a timely manner.
◦ Establish and maintain good long-term cooperative relationships with clients to lay a foundation for subsequent business expansion.
4. Performance Target Achievement
◦ Complete the assigned sales performance targets independently, actively expand customer resources, and continuously improve sales volume.
Compensation & Benefits
1. Compensation Structure: No basic salary for the first two months, commission for each closed deal.
2. Commission Standard: The unit price of our enterprise service products is more than 30,000 RMB, and the minimum commission for a single order is 3,000 RMB, with no upper limit for commission.
3. Follow-Up Incentives: After the probation period (first two months), a more comprehensive compensation and incentive plan will be provided according to personal performance and company regulations.
Job Requirements
1. No strict restrictions on academic qualifications, experience in B2B sales, client development or related fields is preferred.
2. Familiar with operation and client development logic of Xiaohongshu, Douyin and other short video & lifestyle social platforms, proficient in using enterprise information query tools.
3. Have strong communication and negotiation skills, quick thinking, and a high sense of goal orientation.
4. Have strong self-motivation and execution ability, able to work independently under commission-only model, and bear certain work pressure.
5. Have a keen insight into corporate service products, and be able to quickly understand and promote the company's product system.

2. 产品推广与销售转化
◦ 熟练掌握公司全套企业服务产品目录,根据客户需求精准解读产品优势与服务价值。
◦ 与意向企业主进行专业沟通洽谈,推广公司企业服务产品,推动合作签约,完成销售转化闭环。
3. 客户跟进与关系维护
◦ 对意向客户进行定期跟进沟通,及时解答客户关于产品、服务的咨询与疑问。
◦ 建立并维护良好的长期客户合作关系,为后续业务拓展奠定基础。
4. 业绩目标达成
◦ 独立完成公司下达的销售业绩指标,主动扩充客户资源池,持续提升销售业绩。
薪酬福利
1. 薪酬结构:入职前两个月无底薪,成交每单享受10%高额分佣。
2. 提成标准:公司企业服务产品客单价均在3万元以上,单笔订单最低提成3000元,提成上不封顶,业绩越好收入越高。
3. 后续激励:两个月考核期后,将根据个人业绩表现及公司制度,升级为更完善的薪酬激励体系。
任职要求
1. 学历无严格限制,有B2B销售、客户开拓、商务推广相关工作经验者优先。
2. 熟悉小红书、抖音等短视频及生活社交平台的运营与拓客逻辑,熟练使用企业信息查询工具。
3. 具备出色的沟通谈判能力,思维敏捷,目标感极强,以业绩结果为导向。
4. 拥有超强的自我驱动力与执行力,能适应纯提成工作模式,可承担一定工作压力。
5. 对企业服务类产品有敏锐认知,能快速熟悉并推广公司产品体系。
